• The blame game is an anti-pattern.
• How it happens is simple: when something goes wrong, do you as a leader:
  1. Try to fix it?
  2. Try to find who to blame?
• In a good team, people will know themselves when they messed up.
• It does not need to be said, especially publicly.
• If you quietly give people the time to fix their own mistakes, they will appreciate it.
• Adding drama to an already bad situation simply makes it worse.
• Failing is learning. It is only a problem when nothing is learned.
