2. Lots of folks are scrambling to build Twitter clones, but who is building a better Twitter?
3. A better Twitter would:
   • Deescalate mob dynamics algorithmically
   • Have community moderation via negative scoring
   • Reward effort with positive scoring
   • Unlock features via reputation score, not payment
   • Reward constructive engagement
   • Verification via domains
