I just listened to an interview podcast of Kyle Bragger, the founder of Forrst, by Adam Stacoviak on his Founders Talk show which is available here:

I love this show in general as it really captures the entrepreneurial ethos in these interviews (Adam does a great job of teasing out the details), but I enjoyed this one the most so far as it focuses on the challenges of building and nurturing an online community, something that Kyle has a lot of experience with.
