Argentina defeated Ireland comfortably over the weekend in the rugby World Cup, which I had predicted. Ireland just failed to fire in this tournament and deserved to be beaten, meanwhile Argentina are playing a great brand of rugby. They play Scotland in the next round, whereas France (also qualified from Ireland's group) have to play the New Zealand All Blacks, so I can see Argentina making the semi finals at least, but for France the future is less certain:
