I have had (only two) people complain to me over the past year about this site "locking them in", which to be frank I have no idea what they are on about. If anyone has any genuine feedback to send to me regarding this or any other issue with this site, please send me a mail and I will respond in kind. I will remove the feedback form from this site if people (such as these two, for example) keep on sending me smart-ass e-mails with no genuine reply-to address.

If you do not possess enough self confidence to put your name to your opinions, then please do not bother sending them to me, as they will only be treated in the same way as all of the other spam I receive every day. Please keep the genuine feedback coming, your input is always appreciated.
